Kenneth "Moose" H. Mason

Kenneth “Moose” H. Mason, 76 of Zanesville, passed away August 8, 2021 at Genesis Morrison House.
He was born March 10, 1945 in Zanesville, son of the late Harold M. Mason and Lela Barnhouse Mason. Ken retired from United Technologies and loved hunting, fishing, watching TV especially Gun Smoke and spending time with family and friends. He was also an avid lover of President Donald Trump.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Darla Grubb Mason; sons, Kenneth Mason Jr., Robert (Mandy) Collins; daughter Renee (Scott Mowry) Ewert; brothers, Richard (Marilyn) Mason; Patrick Mason; sisters, Vonda Patterson, Jeannette (George) Aber; sister-in-law Jill Grubb; several special grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; special dogs and cats.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Jeffery Mason; sisters, Judy Appleman, Becki Fitch; niece Kathy Stemm; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Bryson and Frances Grubb; brother-in-law William Michael Grubb.
Calling hours will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday August 12, 2021 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 1:00 PM with Tim Patton officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
